We recommend cleaning driveways and patios around once every one to two years to prolong the lifespan of your driveway and ensure it stays in good condition.
  • Do i need to be home when you come?
No, we will only need access to an external tap and then we can complete the job. We are happy to book an appointment around your schedule and will always do our best to minimise any disruption.
  • Which method of window cleaning is right for my windows?
Our waterfed poles and brushes are designed to be used on all types of glass and are soft enough to be used on old glass as well as new. It’s rare that we clean external windows using ‘traditional window cleaning’. We are happy to quote for either option depending on your personal preferences and we’ll always use the right method for your windows.
  • How often should I have my windows cleaned?
This depends on your individual requirements. We’re always happy to offer advice on the frequency of the clean for your property or business. We take into account your location, window type, budget and requirements, such as first impressions for potential customers. Typically residential customers opt for a monthly clean, whereas business requirements vary from daily to annual cleans depending on the type of business. Call us on 07565847995 or contact us here to find out more.

  • When to do gutter cleaning?
For our customers that only require one gutter cleaning per year, we always suggest getting them cleaned at the end of autumn.
  • Why is regular gutter cleaning so important?
As a homeowner, you may have a long list of things to do for maintaining your property, and we believe hiring a professional gutter cleaning company for cleaning your gutters, should be a top priority on your checklist. Keeping leaves out of gutters is crucial for protecting the structure of your home and preventing (in some cases) repairs for costly water damage in the future. There are a number of reasons why cleaning your gutters is important, and we’ve outlined the key factors below to help understand why it’s an essential job. Prevent water damage. When gutters and downpipes are blocked with leaves and debris, rainwater may not drain properly. As water overflows from gutters, it can cause water damage on both the interior and exterior of your home. Protect your roof. Clogged gutters give rainwater nowhere to run. When water continues to flood over, it can leave a rotten or leaky roof in it’s wake. Keep pests from causing trouble. Gutters clogged with leaves can make desirable homes for rodents, birds and insects. The last thing you want is a pest infestation in your home! Reduce the risk of a cracked foundation. When water is blocked from traveling away from your home, it can pool around the foundation of your house. This water can crack the foundation of your property when it expands and freezes in the winter months. Save you money. Gutter and downpipe cleaning can help prevent unexpected and expensive projects down the road. Taking preventive measures now can help minimise the likelihood of having to repair or replace your roof.
  • How can I tell if my gutters are not working?
If you can hear or see a more concentrated stream of water either hitting the ground or pouring over the tops of the gutters, then it is time to get your guttering system checked. Guttering is designed to deal with the rainfall, so the water should not be overflowing or leaking at any time unless it is blocked or broken. DIY gutter inspections pose all kinds of risks to your safety and the condition of your property.
  • Should I get my roof cleaned?
Your roof is one of the most important components of your property, acting as a shield against the harsh Manchester weather. However, the constant exposure to rain, wind, sun, and pollution takes its toll. Over time, unsightly and damaging growths like moss, algae, lichen, and fungi can take hold. While these might seem like purely cosmetic issues, they can have serious consequences for your roof's health. Moss and algae, are notorious for their ability to trap moisture. This trapped moisture creates a damp environment that encourages rot, weakens shingles or tiles, and can even lead to leaks within your home. Beyond moisture damage, these growths can also lift and dislodge roofing materials, compromising the structural integrity of your roof. In severe cases, this can lead to expensive repairs or even a full roof replacement. Regular cleaning is essential for preventing these problems from occurring. By removing moss, algae, and other debris, you not only improve the appearance of your roof but also safeguard it against potential damage. This proactive approach helps extend the lifespan of your roof, saving you money in the long run and ensuring your property remains protected for years to come.
  • How long does the work take?
Clearly this will depend on the square meterage of the roof in question, but most projects can be completed in a maximum of 2 days unless the roof is exceptionally large or adverse weather hampers our progress.
